How delivery works
- Free standard delivery: delivery to Lozenets is free for any delivery date from tomorrow onwards.
- Same-day express delivery: available for orders placed by 5 PM. Express delivery comes at an extra charge.
- Every day: we deliver seven days a week, weekends included; the only day without deliveries is 1 January.
- To a hotel or villa: give the exact address, the hotel name and the recipient's phone number, and we will call them if we need to.
Who prepares your bouquet
Orders for Lozenets are made up by our florist in nearby Tsarevo, so your bouquet has only a short trip to the recipient. We also deliver to the surrounding area, including Tsarevo and Kiten.
